Interpretation of XML Schema for Microsoft Office Project 2003

The element/field called DurationFormat in MS procjet Schema uses an
enumeration...can you explain the mapping...

eg.
4 = em What does em stand for?
52 = e%? What does e%? stand for? ...and so on

em stands for elapsed minutes.
The question mark is for "estimated" durations.
I do not know what the % is for.
