Intranet setup using Frontpage 2000

Hi,
I am trying to pulish intranet site but i am so lost.
I need help.
Can anyone tell me how to set up login box when users try to open
intranet site?
Op is windows xp.
Do i say how to configure ?????
this is a first time i am doing this.....
For instance,I visited some company intranet site, and login box
appeared. I would like to make my intranet site just like that.
what do i have to do?

Tools>Security>Permissions

Click use unique permissions for this web on the Settings
tab and then Apply. On the Users tab click, Only
registered user have browse access.
