Invaldi Cursor State Error Message

I am using Excel Query tool against a SQL database. When I try to change a parameter in the Excel Query Wizard, I get an "Invalid Cursor State" error message. The Help on this says a driver may be the problem but I have no idea which driver.

It is trying to refresh the data.

Any suggestions?
