Invalid access to memory location error when opening issue trackin

Michael

I've been using Groove 2007 successfully for a few months, but recently I
have lost the ability to access the Issue Tracking tool. I get a message
regarding "Invalid access to memory location" followed by "Error: Cannot
display tool". I have removed and re-added Groove, rebooted several times,
and I am completely up to date on all office and windows xp updates.

Any help is really appreciated.

It only happens with Issue Tracking. Other tools work just fine. Also,
other users in the same workspace are not having the same problem. I think I
may be the only user with Office 2007 SP1.

Thanks!

If you are seeing this problem in only one workspace, then you may have a
corrupted workspace record. The quickest way out of this is usually to delete
your local copy of the workspace and then get reinvited to it. Try this:

1. Right-click the workspace and then click Properties. If Size is under 2
GB, continue. (If not, let me know, but DON'T delete it.)
2. Right-click the workspace, select Delete, and then click From this
Computer.
3. Wait for any disk activity to stop.
4. Shut down Groove.
5. Restart Groove.
6. Have someone reinvite you to the workspace.

I hope this helps!

Thank you!! You know, I had never even noticed that Delete had a submenu.
Not used to Delete having multiple options. I really appreciate your help.
