Invalid Argument - but no explanation as to what is wrong

I have been using a databse for months now - I went in to add a photograph
and update some information this morning and everytime it gives me an error
message that reads Invalid Argument - it says click for help - but that
brings up no information - this database is large and i do not know which
field or what is wrong - can anyone help me please
