I downloaded Microsoft 2000 onto my computer, but when I try to use any of
the programs, it asks me to input the product key No matter how many times I
try it tells me the number is invalid. I have tried removing the program and
re-installing it a few times. I have also tried the Microsoft instructions
when encountering this problem. I don't know what else to do. Help!

Where are you getting the KEY? Is it on a CD case? On the Computer, or
computer documentation?

No, I don't have the trial version on my PC. I checked 'Currently Used
Programs' and didn't see any duplicate programs.

Its not currently used Programs you need to check but Add/Remove programs,
or whatever Vista calls it
Or even your documentation supplied with your PC
Or within eg Word help/about or the Orb Btn>Resources>About; what does it
say?
