Invalid date in sent emails Outlook 2003

Hi!

I've the problem with Outlook 2003. When I sent email from it, it writes date in header of email in Russian. Example:

Return-path: <mailto:[email protected]>
Envelope-to: mailto:[email protected]
Received: from [IP-address] (helo=mars)
by ....sovam.net.ua with esmtp (Exim 4.54)
id 1K73QQ-0005wa-Bs
for mailto:[email protected]; оРМ, 01 хЧМ 2008 10:10:19 +0300
From: "..." <mailto:[email protected]>
To: <mailto:[email protected]>

In settings of Outlook I've find settings about Language and i maked check box "Use English in headers", but it doesn't work.

Everything works fine till 10 June 2008. And I dont know what happened. I even try reinstalling Outlook.
