Invalid entry point in outlook

Can anyone tell me what the error message "DDE Server
Window: outlook.exe - entry point not found. The
procedure entry point StrTokEx could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSOERT2.dll.

I have an account that cannot use outlook on one PC and I
would rather not have to reload the system.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
