invalid page fault in module Excel.exe

Running a Windows 98 and I can open Excel and all other
documents fine. When I open this one document I get the
error illegal operation invalid page fault in module
Excel.exe at 017F: 3026c5bl If I take this document to
another computer it works just fine. If I rename it and
try it again same error. This is the only file this is
happening to. It worked fine until I did the critical
updates for Windows 98 I have 128meg of ram. Any help
would be great. Thanks
