Invalid page fault in module MSVCRT.DLL

Dear all,
I want to use Outlook 2000 instead of Netscape 4.7 for
Email in my company.
But I have a problem when importing my Netscape's mail to
Outlook 2000, this message appears:
"Outlook caused an invalid page fault in module msvcrt.dll"
I have downloaded this file from the Internet and copy it
on the c:\windows\system, another error appears: "Outlook
caused an invalid page fault in module Kernel32.dll at
017f:bff7b9a6"
Microsoft have a Knowledge base article No. 218853
describes the error, but nothing happened with me after
doing the written procedure.
Please, help me fixing this error...
