Invalid page fault

Received error msg MAPIS32 cause invalid page fault in mod
kernel32.dll when outlook tries to start. Followed
instructions from website for this error (renaming
mapi32.dll file, rebooting, reinstall of office option).
Now the message is Outlook caused invalid page fault in
mod <unknown>. Can't find a cure for this. Even removed
office entirely and reinstalled - all other apps work but
not outlook. HELP!
