Invalid page fault???

When I try to use 'Word' or any other 'Office' application
I get the following error message,(although the first word
changes depending on what I am opening).... 'WINWORD
caused an invalid page fault in module D3DO.DLL at
0167:61c05319.' I also get this message when windows
starts up. I have done virus scan which shows up nothing.
Can anyone help please??
