Invalid page fault!

Word 2000, Windows 98 machine, 128 mb ram - Everytime I go
to open a word doc or try to type in a new one I get the
following Error message:
Invalid page fault in module Winword.exe at 0187:300bd05f.

Help please! Thanks.

As an addition to this, I have run a ?a check and it still
comes up with same error, so I have been able to eliminate
that as a cause. Also have unistalled and reinstalled and
that didn't make any difference.
