Invalid Page Fault

Access 2000 9.0.6929 SP-3 Win 98

When in Design view of a form and I Right Click to get to the
properties menu I get an Invalid Page Fault error and Access Closes.
I have tried other items in design view (table, Report,) without the
problem.

Are Expired messages available somewhere as I believe this was answered
sometime in the past.

I have installed the SP3 patch and still have the same problem. Any
Ideas.

Thanks to Sherry for her suggestion earlier but still have the problem
