Invalid page fault

When i open Excel macro file, i received the following
error message:
"This program has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down.If the problem persists, contact the program
vendor."
and when i clicked Details, the following message occurred:
"Excel caused an invalid page fault in module Excel.exe at
017f:3005c5eb"

This problem occurs after i exported my table from MS
Access2000 to Excel 2000 and for further info,
this workbook is shared.
I've update my MS Office to SR-1a Update, and my excel
toolbar(Excel.xlb)is not damaged.

Could anyone please advise me on this matter? Thanks a lot!
