Invalid page

When I try to open Word, I get a message that reads as
follows: "Winword caused an Invalid page fault in module
VBOXS430.DLL at 0187:027d30ed.. I've tried to rename
the "normal.dot" when I do and try to re-start word it
works, but if I shut down the program or the computer the
problem comes back again. What can I do. I've reinstall
the Word program twice but the problem remains.
