Hi I have an excel file with a bunch of macros. We have been sharing
this file throughout our organization for several months. The VBA
program in this file is used almost daily by about 20 people. Today I
added 2 new users to this program. They are in a different location
and had to update their Excel version prior to opening the file but
they had that done. However, both of them are getting an error
"Invalid picture". I cannot reproduce this error on my end nor can any
of my colleagues. The only pictures this has is a few icons on
userforms but they are all bitmaps.
I have tried the following with no success:
Checked their security settings
Checked their version of Excel
Checked their references to make sure they are referring to the same
things
I'm out of ideas!
