Invalid Product Key

My Pc just went bananas and I've lost my MS Office. When trying to re-instal
it by using the CD's, the aplication says my product key is invalid. I'm
using the one in the box but it doesn't work. Where can I check if I's using
a legit product key?

The key on the PC unit label is for windows/Vista.
The office key is on the CD case or is supplied with your PC paperwork

If the key you are using is the one on the box the PC came in, it is
almost certainly the key for Windows Operating system. It should be on the
Jewel Box the MS Office CDs came in.

I can't tell from your message, but if you now have a new PC and if
Office came with your old PC that went bananas, you may have a OE version
which will only work on the now bananas PC.
