I'd suggest contacting Microsoft support on this problem. This should
be a no charge call so if they ask for a credit card I'd explain the
details. Go to
http://support.microsoft.com/ and choose your
country. Then on the lower left hand side choose Contact Microsoft.
Then View Customer Service Solution Centers. Then under Product sales
and licensing select Contacts.
