Invalid RBS value

Hello,

After installing SP1 on PS 2002, RBS value have been messed. So we find all
articles about this problems and did all recommended things but I still have
problem. When I adding new resources I cannot set RBS value. Always on
saving I getting error "Invalid RBS value".

Any ideas or work around?
