Invalid references

I have created an Access Database in Access 2000 & then
continued development on a PC using Access 2002. The
database has been compiled & saved without problem. The
issue is when I created a new database on the 2002 PC & I
IMPORT ALL objects. The latter action helps to clean up
any residual trash in the old database as the result of
deletions, etc.As soon as I attempt to run the application
I get reference errors.

Any help would be appreciated.
