Invalid Username and/or Password after OS Repair

Gents...had my motherboard crash and after replacing with
new Mobo and CPU...I did XP Repair...now everything
works "except" OutLook when trying to authenticate with
the MS-Exchange2000 server. I have tried uninstalling
Office and removing totally w/ Resource Kit tools..but
seems to be "caching" some password that is no longer
valid or such. When adding machine to NT domain it does
work but it does NOT work anymore when NOT member of
domain. (Home PC)

I have tried Office2K and OfficeXP with the same symptoms.
