No. Project is for scheduling projects and has nothing to do with inventory.
For a very small organisation use Excel, otherwise buy specialised inventory
control software.
Please stop asking the same question several times in different newsgroups.

Since you cannot enter negative comsumption (or replenishment) you cannot
keep track of inventory level.
