Inventory Entry Form

I would like to create a form that will allow me to enter inventory
information weekly. I have to tables: one for the item information and the
other for the entry information that is linked to the itemID. I then created
a query to enter the information and it works. However, the query only gives
my one spot to enter inventory and once entered I can only update the
information. Is there a way to run this query each week with a black
inventory field and still keep last week in the table?

I am pretty advance at MS Access, but am having a brain blockage right now!
