My neighbor sells some items such as purses, shoes, accessories and has no
idea how to keep track of the items and the profit/loss of each.

please help with ledger to include the following:
date of purchase, quantity, item, date of sale, quantity left, sales tax,
shipping cost, profit/loss

I'm sorry to have not communicated properly, I am not proficient in
formulaes. The need to keep up with each line item and the remaining
quantity and the addition of taxes and shipping is the problem.
