Inventory our Parts

I want to be able to track our inventory better with our employees. Maybe a
chart that would have: Qty, Part#, Description, customer, & date. That way
our employees don't have to rush down and write the parts down on the work
orders right way, but help us with keeping track of who used what. So we can
have a better system to keep our inventory.

I would recommend if you can use Windows Sharepoint Services for that
purpose. That would be helpful in this case.
