I need to create an inventory tracking sheet for multiple items. Basically, I
want to enter an item and depending whether I am subtracting an amount of a
specific item or adding a specific item...I can keep a running total of Stock
on hand for that particular item as well as all other items on the sheet.
Because different items will be added to the sheet, what is the best way to
set up with the worksheet and what formula should I use so that as add
information (items) it is tracked to determine current stock on hand for that
specific item?
I'm thinking that it should be a relative formula driven by perhaps a stock
number...any thoughts?
