Invisible graphics!

Robin

I'm an algebra teacher, and the district created our curriculum using
Word on windows machines. I am having a recurring problem with some of
the graphics when I open the documents on my mac. I can select the
graphic when I click in the place it should be located, but it is not
visible and does not print. Any suggestions on how I can see it?
Thanks, Robin

Hi Robin -

If you don't have a check in the box for Word>Preferences>Picture
Placeholders and you do have a check in the box for Drawing Objects in Print
Preferences, the images are most likely Linked & copies were not supplied
along with the docs. The creators need to send copies of the images along
with the docs linked to them or else they need to embed the images rather
than link them.
