Invisible Tasks

I think I know the answer to the following question but hopefully I'm wrong...

We have a considerable number of subprojects (23) which, of course, use
links throughout and need external links. I'd like to set up a section at
the top of each subproject schedule which would encompass that subproject's
external links then have the tasks within the schedule point to them. When
the folks here change their respective schedules (which is kept in a separate
area) I would only need to make a predecessor link to the master schedule.

Is there any way to have a summary task which is invisible during a print?
I want to be able to see the task when the project is open for editing but
during printing I'd like it not to show.

Thanks a bunch!

Unfortunately I cannot turn off showing all Summary Tasks. I want to not
show only the 1 area where external links are stored. The rest of the ST's
need to be present. Any other recommendations?

Hi Roland,

You could set the text and bar to be white. If this is useful to you, then
set up a macro to change the colour and another to reset it.

Hi Roland,

You could always try inserting a page break.....and just exclude printing
the particular page.
