Invisible Typing & Font Too Small

Hello,

I have Microsoft Office XP, and I can't find the version (it's not eve
listed under "Version" so I don't know what's up with that). Anyway, th
software came from my husband's work, so it might be Professional; bu
I'm not sure. I have two problems:

1. All of a sudden, without my doing anything to cause it (that I kno
of), the font, when it's at Times New Roman 12 (as usual), has decide
to show as extremely small. Really weird, and I'm in school sendin
papers via email in MLA format, so I really need to fix this fon
problem (just raising the font number is not going to cut it).

2. I was cutting and pasting paragraphs from an ebook, and suddenl
there was this little red horizontal line, and I couldn'
paste--nothing showed up when I pasted. Now I can't even type anythin
in the document--it just doesn't show on the page.

Thank you

If you have Office XP, then you have Word 2002; it doesn't matter what SKU
of Office XP you have since Word is included in all of them. You can always
get the version number of Word from Help | About Microsoft Word.

1. Make sure the Zoom ratio is set to 100% or higher.

2. Make sure that your text isn't formatted as Hidden (Format | Font).
