Invitation Envelopes

Hi, I would LOVE to be able to use word and make some Invitation Envelopes in
mail murge for my christmas cards, but the envelopes I want to use I can't.
The size is 4 3/8" x 5 3/4". Word will only make 6.4" x 2.13" is there any
way anyone can help?

If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the envelope types you can
make a custom one.......

Hi, thanks for the reply, but I have tried that and I get a window that say's
I can't make one smaller than 6.4" x 2.13". The one I want is 4 3/8" Height
x 5 3/4" width. It auotmatically adjusted it to 6.4 x 2.13.

That may be a limitation on your printer, not Word. Have you thought of
doing labels instead?

I would suggest handwriting them. Using a computer is easier but much less
personal.

As noted in another reply, this is a limitation of your printer, not Word.
Whenever I encounter this issue I use the smallest acceptable size and
modify the address position so it ends up printing correctly. However, it
does take a little testing. Cut some paper the same size of your envelopes
and run some tests by typing an address, printing it, and making the
necessary adjustments. Repeat until you have determined where the Address
needs to print.
