I work in a very large organization. We are preparing to train all
administrative staff on a standardized way of meeting coordination. We have
decided that invitations are the best means to accomplish this. Since we are
the calendar coordinators and the assistants, we use our supervisors
calendars to send out the invitations. However, since our supervisors are not
involved, the responses going to them, causes confusion for some. We need to
create a process that eliminates the invitation responses from going to the
calendar owner.
