invite attendees

Hello all,

small question: if you want to create a new appointment in an outlook
calender, by default you see the Subject and Location field. If you enter
something and you press save and closes the appointment is saved in the
calendar.
If you press the Invite attendees button in the form, the save and closes
button is changed to SEND button and a TO field is added.
Is there any way to set this TO field and send button to appear as default
(so invite attendees enabled) when creating a new appointment?
