Invites sent to person A (only), received by person A and C and D...

Using Ms Exchange server and terminal services with 12
users, an Outlook invite sent to person A, sent by person
B, is also received by person A, C, D, E, F. These people
are also asked to accept or decline on behalf of the
original recepient!

Appointment may also duplicate in person C, D, E's
calendars.

Sounds like per C, D, E F are setup as delegates for A. Open Outlook for A
and go to Tools, Options, click Delegates.
