Invites Show up as Regular Email

Hi,
I have a few users of Outlook XP/SP2 who when they recieve
calendar/invite emails, are unable to "accept/ reject"
them. This does not happen with all calendar invites-
only with specific users who, by the way, can successfully
send invites to other users.

The invites are recieved, they just are no seen as such by
the outlook client.

Anyone seen this problem?
