Inviting Attendees to a Meeting

T. Brown

I have a problem with Outlook 2003 when I invite other
people to a meeting. On the first couple of tries,
everything worked fine. Starting yesterday, when I sent
out an invitation to a meeting, each of the invited
attendees called to tell me that the invitation had come
through as "gibberish." I asked one person to e-mail me
back what they got. Here is what they sent me:

I have tried to invite people to several meetings and
they always get similar 'gibberish.'

Does anyone know why this is occuring and how to fix it.
One thing in common - all of the people that I am
inviting to the meeting are using MS Outlook 2000, SR-1
and I am using MS Outlook 2003.

Thanks for your help.
