Inviting from non-default calendar

I have a secondary calendar in Outlook I call "Events" where I put things
like scheduled time off and airline bookings for other travelers that don't
need to show up on the calendar I show to the world. In the past, using 2003,
I would add the flight (for example) to my "Events" calendar and invite the
traveler. They would accept it, and it would appear in their calendar.

I invited my boss to an event today using this method, and she was unable to
accept the invitation. It worked for someone else just fine. I'm not sure why
this happened; I deleted the event and recreated it in hopes that it would
solve this problem.

Has anyone experienced similar issues? I'm running Outlook 2007, and
(almost) everyone else is running 2003 on Exchange Server 2003.

Right, apprarently this issue wasn't quite what I thought it was. My boss
can't accept meeting requests from anyone or create them herself. I'll follow
the suggestions about cleaning up the forms cache in the "Unable to accept or
create meeting requests" thread and see where it gets me.
