invoice from appointments

I have Outlook 2003, home user, no exchange server, using Windows XP
operating system. I bill hourly for appointments with people.

I would like to automate the invoice creation process. Currently, I filter
the view by category. Each client has a category, filter for a date range
(month), then export the results to Excel 2003 and invoice there.

Is there a way to produce an invoice, from the range of data within outlook?
A form perhaps?

Please see VBOffice Reporter (link in my signature): You can automate all
the mentioned steps to export the data into an Excel template. Please send
me an email if you need more details.
