Hi i'm making a database for a small fitness club. I have all the members
recorded and all the payment methods recorded and the payments. I have a
little problem though.
How is the best way to make a clear payment form that shows a balance of how
much owing and shows all previous payments.
The difficulty is that because there are different methods of payment e.g
monthly membership costs 15.00, yearly membership costs 125.00 and a guy may
for a few months pay yearly and then change to monthly.
I had a month table with month id and month in - i don't know if this is
necessary but then how should i fill in which month they are paying for - and
keep it in chronological order?
Please can someone help?
