Invoking Java Server Page via a macro in MS WORD

Would like to add a command button or menu option that will use a macro in
WORD (probably part of a template), which is coded to invoke (goto) a JSP
page on a web server. This WORD document would actually be stored (checked
in) in a content management repository. Is this possible? How would I get
started?
