Inwards mail goes to junk, despite entry in address book

Dear all,

Entourage 2004, OS 10.3.5; SP1 not yet installed because I'm using a loan
PowerBook while mine gets a new logic board.

I'm progressing well on Day 2 of Entourage, have shown my wife all I know on
her machine, and it seems I might get to sleep inside tonight...

I have set up a rule for all e-mails from a colleague to go into a folder
with his name on it. Additionally, his e-mail address is in the address
book. There are no typos. Junk mail handling is set at low until I finish
setting up new folders.

Despite the above, Entourage consistently puts mail for this colleague into
the junk e-mail folder (along with other innocent items and. of course,
spam). Some senders' e-mails, however, are put into their correct folders.

Any ideas?

Cheers,

Please ignore; I overlooked the requirement to create a rule to actually
allocate the junk mail. Many thanks to the Entourage MVP site (again).

Actually, that should not be necessary with Entourage 2004. In 2004, you are
supplied with a built-in Junk E-mail folder, and junk messages should go
straight there without a rule. If you have an IMAP account, there should now
be a built-in Junk E-mail folder on the server, but you can conform - or of
necessary set - this via Tools/Account/[IMAP account]/Advanced.
