IP 2003: How to change font size?

Have not used IP before, but am pretty experienced with Word. I started a blank form and
typed a few words at the top, to use as a title. The default was Times New Roman, 12 pt,
but I wanted to enlarge it to 18 pt. So I highlighted it and changed the size field to 18.
Nothing happened. OK, erased it, went to the beginning of the line, highlighted the line,
and selected 18. Cursor changed to 18pt. Then I typed in the words and, poof, 12 pt again.
Highlighted, rt clicked, selected Font, and changed the size in the popup. Nothing
happened again. Help system seems to say it should have changed.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello

I followed the same steps that you are doing and I could change the font
sizes correctly. I had no issues with it. Whatever you are doing is correct.
