IP Address Change

Several years ago I created a website using Front Page 98. My host has
recently upgraded and in the process changed my password and IP
Address. I was able to change the information for the e-mail, but am
unable to find out where to change it for publishing changes. I am the
sole user and can see the old IP Address, but am unable to find out
where to change it. Since my host provided me with the new password
and IP Address, I would think it is up to me and not the host to
change it on my computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Additional information, I have Windows 98SE, IE 6.0.
