IP2007 Publishing Problems

We are trying to create a web-enabled form, available on a SharePoint server,
which is running IP Form Services. The form needs to access web services that
exist on another machine in the enterprise, so I would like to use
connections that is in a SharePoint Data Connection library. (I believe I may
have to...unsure at this point.) I'm able to publish the form, creating a new
doclib with it as the type. At that point, I can change the advanced settings
of the doclib, and specify that the files in it should open in a browser, and
when I click 'New' on the doclib menu, I can see the template open in the
browser.

However, once I have done this, I need to republish it. (I cannot Publish it
to a document library if I setup the data connections from a DC library on
SP, as the options for choosing a SP doc lib become disabled...no idea why.)
After I republish it, I am no longer able to use it as a web-enabled form.
When I try to open it in a browser, I get the following message:

"This form template is not currently browser-enabled. It must either be
republished as a browser-enabled form, or opened using MS Office IP 2007."

When I look at the template in the IP client, it indeed is set for
browser-enablement. I can see that my set of available controls is limited,
and the Form Options - Compatibility selection does have "Design a form
template that can be opened in a browser or InfoPath" checked.

Any help will be appreciated.

I believe I have solved my own problem...

In case anyone is wondering, the problem appeared to be that, due to my lack
of knowledge of the product (WHERE ARE THE FRIGGIN DOCS?!) I was unaware of
the way the Data Connection library worked, in conjunction with the Central
Administration library. My update worked once I uploaded the Data Connections
from my site collection's Data Connection Library into the Central
Administration one.
