iPaq + Exchange synchronization

Hi,

I have an iPaq 2210 connected to the internet via Nokia
6310i GPRS over bluetooth. I want to be able to
synchronize Pocket Outlook 2003 with an Exchange 2000
Server on the company network, can anyone point me in the
right direction?

If this is not directly possible, how can i enable OWA so
that I can at least access the email through a web browser?

Any help greatly appreciated,
