iPhone and Entourage Error message

Error Message - Your mailbox is locked by another POP3 session. Please wait a few(up to 10) minutes and try again. Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect.

I get this message when checking my email in Entourage and have my iPhone on. My iPhone is also checking my email. Is there a workaround beside turning off my iPhone ?

It's all up to your e-mail server. The server is the one not allowing
simultaneous connections (and I find it perfectly understandable for POP
accounts).
Being able to access the server through IMAP would probably also solve a
lot of issues.
