iPhone and Office 2008 Sync

I just upgraded to Office 2008 from 2003. I had no trouble synching my Entourage contacts and calendar with my iPhone. When I first installed 2003, the folks at the Apple Store set it up so that all my contacts were synched between Entourage, iCal/Address Book and the iPhone.

Now, Entourage doesn't sync, but I still have my iPhone synching with iCal/Address Book, but it's not talking to Entourage.

Any suggestions?

My most important suggestion is:

DON'T change anything UNTIL after you apply the Office 2008 Service Pack 1,
which is due for release on March 11.

Synching is REALLY badly broken in OS 10.5 and Office 2008 currently. You
have a high chance of losing all of your address book and appointments.

Just don't try it until after the update. And make sure you have a full and
verified backup before you start

Then, it should simply "work".

I downloaded the Office '08 Service Pack last night, but still can't get the iPhone to sync with Entourage.

iCal/Address book still work, but no joy with iPhone. At least my contacts and calendars weren't trashed.

Any new thoughts?

I have nothing new -- we're still waiting on the Synching fixes. They
didn't make it into the 12.0.1 update. Sorry...
