iPhone Email to Entourage Using Exchange

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel When I answer an email on my iPhone, it does not register it in Entourage as answered. This function worked fine until the business I work for put everyone on Exchange. Is there a setting for this that I can change?
