iphotos being sent in proplayer

Am using 10.3.4 and just this week when I clicked on send a photo in iPhoto
(entourage is the default) it creates an email but the photo attachment is
now in a format called PlayerPro document (the original photo is in a jpg
format).

How do I get it back to jpg format? thanks
