ipmt & ispmt

At first, it looks like IPMT(A,B,C,D,0,0)=ISPMT(a,b,c,d)
However, I got different results.
Please explain

Not sure what ISPMT is doing, but I can independently verify the IPMT
result.

They are supposed to do the same thing, according to the docs.
That's my problem. They do not, for the same set of input data.
